What We Look For
Nora maintains high standards to ensure every client receives exceptional coaching. Here are the qualifications we require and prefer.
Coaching Credential
An active credential from ICF (ACC, PCC, or MCC), EMCC, BCC, or IAC. We also accept graduates of ICF-accredited training programs who are working toward their credential.
Coaching Experience
Minimum 200 hours of documented coaching experience. We prioritize coaches with 500+ hours and experience in leadership, EQ development, or organizational contexts.
Professional Background
Relevant professional experience in coaching, HR, organizational development, psychology, or leadership development. Industry-specific expertise is a strong differentiator.
Assessment Proficiency
Familiarity with EQ assessment tools is preferred. Certifications in EQ-i 2.0, Six Seconds SEI, MBTI, Hogan, DiSC, or 360-degree feedback facilitation strengthen your application.
